Shown house, ran background check cost me 80.00. Passed the check.Then asked when we wanted to pay deposit, rent, dog fees. I told them tomorrow. She broke it down for me exactly how much it would be. I said great can we meet tomorrow? I'll let you know. Today I got a message saying sorry this house is rented. She said we we're approved but she didn't say we had the house. Then why ask when we wanted to pay the money and break it down for us? They lie. Do not trust them. They'll just take your money and run.
Currently renting, and have zero complaints
Rented from them for a year, always paid rent on time or early. Was a good tenant and Donnie kept my deposit because he claims I left furniture in the hallway when I moved out. When I informed him that was left by a neighbor beside me, he said it was my responsibility to inform them of that and he hung up. Roach infested, poorly maintained apartments and management is awful.
If I could give zero stars I would! Do not rent from these people. They are absolute slum lords!!! House is infested with mice and roaches due to the next door neighbor being a hoarder and they have yet to do anything about it but trying to evict me but not the problem. Do not rent any houses from them on Palo Duro street
I don’t know why people give Donny such a bad rep, he’s a cool guy and I would recommend LEMC, no issues with this company for 2 years
