This company created a Suddenlink account in my name after my lease had expired using my information that I gave them when I lived there. I did not give them permission to do so, when I called to talk to them about it I was called a lair and was yelled at. They have also backdated notices and posted it on my door after I called and gave notice about an issue I was having with my apartment. Also, if you get upset with the office manager in Canyon, he will hang up on you mid sentence, I have experienced this multiple times.

While this individual did call, you can clearly see the invoice/bill came from Suddenlink and not LEMC. No account was ever put in former tenants name as this violates Suddenlink policy. She was instructed to contact Suddenlink again and refused to do so. We in turn contacted them and explained to them what was going on and they indicated they would resolve the issue with our former tenant.
