Ordered some artificial sausage casings from lem. When you dry sausage, the casings should shrink along with the meat. These did not. I also used another companies casings at the same time and they shrank as they were supposed to so it was not something I did wrong. Tried contacting them, they didnt respond. I now have 100 lbs of useless meat and cheese another 100 useless casings because they wont take them back. Tried giving them a rating on their own site, but that was to no avail. In response to this BBB complaint, LEM has reviewed all of its records to confirm the following. The individual customer purchased meat casings on 12/30/2024 through LEMProducts.com. On January 9, 2024, the customer called customer service. On the call the customer states they would like to ‘return an order, it's just the wrong size for what I need. I never purchased nothing from your website but then I had 2 fraudulent charges two my account over 500 dollars. Lem Product would not help knowing I didn’t purchase any items buyers beware this is a scam company check your bank account

Ordered a meat slicer....more then 3 months after supposed ship date...no slicer. Customer service keeps claiming it will ship..on a much later date. Canceled order..will never "try" to order from them again.

Purchased grinder a month ago which stated was delivered but was not. Contact customer service a miserable sounding human answered the phone did not care about my concerns did not ask for order number. Told me to file a ups claim would take 10-15days. Inquired about process investigation didn’t know. Received email sending replacement. I called to inform to cancel and refund AGAIN did not ask for order number stated “it was already cancelled” 680$ spent with your company and this is how you treat someone?!?

LEM Products are good. However, their customer service is lacking! Their website is not helpful either in trying to track an order, constant error messages. This is shameful.
