We originally bought a brand new Honda Accord from here and the experience was okay. Ghe salesman was great, personable, and helped us out. This was 2 years ago and said salesman is gone. Well we returned to look at a used 2018 Honda Pilot Elite that was way overpiced(originally priced at $37,400. Now $35,890). We thought they would be willing to bargain. Man was I wrong. He brought the van that I was interested in to my home, went over it with me. Went back and got the Financial part together and met all my needs there. Great buying experience, our salesman Alex was extremely helpful, polite, and made the buying experience enjoyable. He helped me find the right car for the right price, would definitely buy from them again.
My sales person was Pat; I spoke with him on Monday about a truck on the lot. I drove it during my lunch time and got some initial numbers. I let him know I had to run to Wilmington for work that evening. He text and called me 6 times while I was working. I did my homework and told him what I was willing to pay. He told me to come to the dealership and I did. I got there and he had not even presented the counter offer to the sales manager. I waited 20 min with no response. So I left. I have been having problems with my 2016 Honda Pilot. I called and spoke with Dena and she was able to get me in the next morning. She has always been very helpful and does whatever it takes to take care of you. I can tell she really cares about her job and trying to find a way to fix the problem.
