We were able to set up a test drive from home which was awesome due to having two kids one being an infant! Keith drove the car to our house and we were able to take it from there. We went in the next day filled paperwork out and had the car within an hour! Best experience!

The service department has always provided me with fast, affordable, and thourough preventative care. When my niece hit a fire hydrant with the car, they guided me through the repair process and made it smoother than I thought possible. The facilities are clean and everyone is kind and attentive. Initially was taking my '01 Honda Civic for a recall but ended up get a new car instead, due to mechanical issues. I'm very grateful to Ron Ailshire (VIP Manager) and Nick over in the service department. They were both really helpful and understanding. Ron was really great and understanding and was able to help me find the right car that fit my needs at a great price, along with recommendations for my insurance police. Will definitely come back and see them when I'm looking for a new car.
Lejeune Honda by far has the best service department I've ever used. I'm a car guy and do all my own work when possible. There are some times I reluctantly have to use a mechanic for times when my project workload is too high or for things like inspections. This is the only service department I continue to use, even after I sold my last honda. They are straight forward and the only place I never had a complaint for.
