BEWARE! Bought a used car and 15 minutes after I drove off the lot, it looks flashed "Engine Malfunction" on the display. Went around the world trying to resolve this. Felt like I was being lied to several times during the process. Misled on phone, then tried to charge me 217% price of other Toyota dealer. I was told on phone they would price match other Toyota dealers. When I showed them other dealer quote, they said, "Oh sorry, it has to be within 50 miles." They then quoted me a price 217% higher than another Toyota dealer for the identical part. THERE should be a way to leave a NEGATIVE STAR! I sold a used auto to them two weeks ago. I had my loan, $4000, paid off and I was told when they received a title I would get my check. I have been notified that the title has been mailed to them but they will not give me my check! I see know reason for them to hold on to my $1200, since Ally Bank is mailing the title to them and I am sure they could get an image sent electronically to verify the title while waiting for the hard copy.
