I came here to trade my Tacoma in to get a full sized truck to tow with. On 02/07/25 I purchased a 2016 Ram 1500 as is. As I'm driving it home that night I got a check engine light, the next day a took it to an automotive and transmission shop and it was diagnosed with a failing transmission and said the check engine light was recently cleared because the computer keeps track of that. We have had the absolute worst experience EVER with the service department and I need to speak to a higher up. We just got a pre owned certified 2023 ********** in September, had it serviced right before Christmas for routine maintenance. No issues. Check engine light comes on 12/20 saying secondary brake maintenance so I go back to Toyota immediately and have the car evaluated. ***** **** did not add oil to engine after oil change. I caught it after approx 5 miles of driving. Had ***** **** tow car to Leith Toyota to inspect engine since driving w/o oil for only a few miles can seriously damage engines. ***** **** assistant manager drove to ****** * parking lot after I discovered no oil and filled engine up. At Leith, I requested a borescope of engine to inspect damage as well as check on metal in oil to determine damage. Not impressed with this Dealer's bait-and-switch tactics. They promised me a RAV4 hybrid 3 days after signing a deal. After being promised "just one more day" several times by the sales rep I talked with the sales manager 1 week after signing the deal and he indicated it would be at least 2 more weeks before the car was in. Expect to get the run around when you do business here! The sales rep has continuously said he would keep me updated on the status of the car, but I have not been contacted once by him.

Horrible experience! I made an appointment for a recall. I called a second time to get an estimate of time for the repair and was informed 1 1/2 to 3 hours. Asked i f I could get a loaner since I don't live in the shuttle service area. After 4.5 hours I called and left message with service advisor **** *********, never called back. Good customer service but bad policies on the part of the dealer, the first because they act badly regarding the calls they themselves make about a part that came out with defects and that has to be changed, if said part has already been changed is Because their original part has already failed, that is, it should not be implied that they have a non-original part of Toyota to change it because that affirms the call, and second because they try to avoid evading some of the same calls that they made only for that some years ha... read more

Beware Leith Toyota Sales team/ Finance Manager has some very misleading, deceptive, RACIAL profiling, backdoor, unfair business tactics. Obtaining credit report behide my back without disclosing. When I told the salesman I was paying cash, he immediately went to Finance Manager they ran my credit came back with my credit score 746. We bought a used car from Leith Toyota of Raleigh for 10K in December 2019. We noticed after driving it off the lot that, when making sharp turns, there was a loud clicking sound coming from underneath the car. I purchased a new Toyota Tundra from Leith Toyota in June 2018. I was told I would receive the Leith Lifetime TRUST. I do not think they know the definition of the word! I was told I would receive free lifetime oil changes. I received a call this morning and was informed I would have to pay $99.95 for this free oil change. I was informed my Toyota Care had expired at 25,000 miles so my oil changes were no longer free.
