Worst customer service experience ever. Sales staff was not informed and difficult to work with. Sales Manager was abrasive and difficult. I should have walked away, but was the only dealer with the particular vehicle I was looking in the area. That mistake was really rewarded when a minor post sales dispute escalated into being treated horribly, even hung up on. These folks aren't honest, and have no customer service instincts at all. Thank you all so much for the tires on my horse trailer!!! My horses say thank you!!! 97* outside & you guys never complained, got my horses water, and back on the way in no time! PS: horses like your popcorn.
Our family(extended) has now purchased a total of 5 cars through Eddie Becknell at Leith GMC and we have an amazing experience every time! The guys in service are wonderful, and we are on a first name basis with many people here just by coming in for service! Great to do business with a company who makes a relationship with its customers and stands behind it's products with quality service!!! The only place we will go!
