Worst customer service experience ever. Sales staff was very difficult to work with, and very rude. I should have walked away, but the dealer had the particular vehicle we were looking for. We had a 2 hour drive and tried to get things done over the phone but the finance man did not want to do paper work because he said we did not have the money for the down payment (how would he know) so no need for him to work on it. I bought a new Buick Encore in January. The whole experience was the best I have ever had and I'm 63 yrs old. Went Thursday for my first oil change and my experience was great. Would recommend them to anyone looking a new or used car.
Went to look and test drive. Scott Pittman and the showroom staff and finance turned looking into a sale by listening, suggesting and then putting a deal together that allowed us to drive it home. Our Forte is going to our Grand Daughter for her Graduation. 2nd Kia from Leith - a family friendly Dealership. Will be back next year to get another Kia and give our Soul to our Grand Son for his graduation.
They have a great service department. I have used them for 8 years and have never been disappointed. They always get me in when I request and do a great job. I would not go anywhere else.

I spoke with my salesman this week and informed him of my concerns regarding the Colorado he sold me and let him know that I would be there on this Saturday (10/28/17), he said ok, we will take a look at your tires. He failed to mention that he was off and that I would have to talk to him first before anything issues could be addressed Made a trip for nothing today wasted gas and morning!
