Great customer service,we bought an A8 series bullfrog around a year ago and is been worth every penny ,so far only one of the buttons to control the speed when bad and they replace it with in a week no questions ask. They also offer financing to help you get what you want so there is not excuse not to get it Over all is a good experience that will last for years to come and the family love the product Keep up the good work .
We bought a new hot tub in November and the tub showed up early, staff came out and put it in place promptly, along with giving us very clear directions on how to perform proper start up. Anytime I have had questions, they have been very accurate in answers with no delays. In addition, they have made me aware of any specials so that I could save money which is very appreciated. I have messed up a couple things on my own and they have been very generous in helping me get the parts in addition to covering them under warranty w... read more
