this facility's Managment and social services a seriously faulty as to how they handles taken and lost items belonging to residents or their family. I tried resolving this several times via email and phone messages left to management and not one was returned, LV social worker finally responded to only say they had given someones very used blanket onto my relative who did not purchase the blanket that was taken. It was LV staff that had removed it to be washed because a nurse there had not taken care of my relative in a timel... read more

I have to give this place a five star review. This nursing facility has left a special place in my heart forever. I have lived here for a year and I have never felt such a sense of family at any other nursing facility. The workers from corporate on down work with one common purpose, to give the residents the best home environment. There are activities that are equal to what residents would be doing in the community. If you want your loved one to be in a place that they can call home this is where you will want them to live.
