I required excavation to locate and replace my well line which was leaking. The project turned into a nightmare when the new line being pulled separated from the cable which required them to dig a 60' ditch back to the house . Jerry stay 6.5 to ensure the well worked prior to leaving for the day.
I hired and fired two pool companies (worst service EVER), before hitting the jackpot with leisure pools. The owner is responsive and made every effort to work around my schedule. There were numerous maintenance problems with the pool, which they were able to solve to the best of their ability (one issue needs a different specialist). They have closed my pool for the season -- I look forward to working with company on a weekly basis next spring and summer.
Glenn was easy to work with. His crew worked really hard to get the job done. The pool was installed in 1961 and now looks brand new. The cost was way less than I expected. My wife and I can't get over how the pool turned out!
The owner is HORRIBLE at communicating!!!! He CONTRACTS out the work which was good. He told me it would be done in One week, on Week 3 he still Never returned my phone calls & all of a sudden two guys I dont know show up at my door on Friday Night!!!! Go to ANYONE but him. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This was the worst contractor I have ever encountered. They did not keep appointment days, there was never any communication from them. The techs they sent to the job seemed to be guessing at problems and ended up changing almost every part. I originally called them for a pipe that was leaking, a pool light that didn't work and I informed them about a bad gasket as well. These guys were great from the start. they made the effort to fit me in to their already busy schedule, show me things I should know about my pool and the accessories, made great recommendations, and the opening was a great success. Use them if you can, their great.
