They replaced the vinyl liner. They were professional and very flexible on scheduling the installation. They offered a wide selection of liners & patterns, did all the measuring and set up water refill delivery. They even did a weekend installation!! All done in about 6 ours. Very reasonably priced & the installers were great.
It took longer than expected to start the job, due to the contractor's heavy workload, but once it was scheduled, everything went fine. The installation was fast and we were very pleased with the workers' knowledge and ability. The finished product looks great!
I thought that they were very unprofessional. They never called back when they said that they would and now our project is still not done

Performed work as scheduled and were easy to work with
I contacted them 3 days before the appointment they said they would be there, they did not show up nor call. They showed up the next day and added chlorine to the pool when it was a non chlorine pool.
They provided a timely and competitive quote to replace the pool liner and convert to salt. The liner replacement was contracted out and they did an excellent job, the rest of the installation fell apart. Hidden cost for the electrical work needed to install the salt generator, nothing was coordinated with any of the sub-contractors. What we thought was to be done in day took a week and we had to consistently make phones calls asking for a status and timeline of completion. All work is done in house nothing is contracted out. We do have different crews that do different types of service work we are not licensed to do electrical work there for we will not hook up anything electrical. And please keep in mind it is holiday week so we are extremely busy
Leisure Pools was very good about explaining what they would do as part of the contract. They came on site several times to do a walk through of the work to be completed and to get measurements for an accurate pool liner replacement. Very competitive price given.
Good service, competitive price, came when they said they would, fixed the problem! Job well done!
