Calab at Leiper’s Fork Heating & Air was outstanding. He installed the gas line for our tankless hot water heater and did excellent work—clean, professional, and clearly done the right way. What really impressed me was his customer service: when we needed help troubleshooting the hot water heater, he responded quickly and walked us through it even though he was out of town on vacation. Caleb just finished installing a cooktop with downdraft. He and his crew were very responsive, keeping me appraised of his schedule and what time he would arrive. He arrived ahead of time and did a great job!! He and his guys were very respectful of our home and did a professional, clean correct installation. Fantastic!! Horrible service and customer service. Paid $2000 and air went out two weeks later. Neighbors did same work and theirs went out at same exact time meaning it had to be something they installed wrong. Caleb sent crews out and never returned himself after initial work to figure out issue. Came for 20 minutes second time and air out again in a week.
