I will spare you from the long detailed gripe I was writing to the short version as this is not a complaint forum but to tell others what a great experience I had with Leiper's Fork Heating and Cooling. After a grueling week of "daily" frustrating back and forth calls between my Choice Home Warranty and Sears A&E Factory Repair (the a/c repair co they assigned).
