Caleb just finished installing a cooktop with downdraft. He and his crew were very responsive, keeping me appraised of his schedule and what time he would arrive. He arrived ahead of time and did a great job!! He and his guys were very respectful of our home and did a professional, clean correct installation. Fantastic!! Horrible service and customer service. Paid $2000 and air went out two weeks later. Neighbors did same work and theirs went out at same exact time meaning it had to be something they installed wrong. Caleb sent crews out and never returned himself after initial work to figure out issue. Came for 20 minutes second time and air out again in a week. Caleb was great. Guy is really knowledgeable about what he does and he makes it happen quick. He was referred to me by several people I know in the construction industry- my family and I will only use them from here on out
