This place must be engaged in some pretty high volumes of work because I left a voicemail a few days ago -- which clearly conveyed that I may have paid work for them -- but I still have yet to hear back. In any case, if this is how they react to a new business lead, I'd be concerned about how responsive and personalized their services are once they are engaged.
No response to emails asking for follow up after no-shows on their end which has happened twice costing me time and money.
