This place is something else the staff seemed nice but I had an appointment & I had to wait 45min before they called my name than they put in a room for 30 min before this girl came in to ask me if anyone has come to talk to me & than I had to wait another 20 min before a dentist came in to see me other people were coming in & getting waited on right away they act like they pick & choose which people r more important instead of first come first served

The staff is always great, always 5'★. Unfortunately you usually have to wait 30 minutes or longer once you arrive. There always seems to be patients in the waiting room with a whole litter of screaming kids. That alone is enough to make me want to switch dentists. The waiting room is terribly noisy. Not exactly the place you want to be with a toothache. Again, the staff is great. They do good work. It's the atmosphere and the waiting time that makes it impossible to give a 5-star rating.
Worst experience ever last week. Rude Dr & hygienist. Don't go in with 3 bad teeth because they'll do nothing for u. I called my insurance company & ldg the next day & told them not to bother putting thru the pre authorization that I needed because I won't be returning. U would think that after 10+ years being seen in that office that someone would at least call to see what the problem was. So today I'm going to brightnow dental. I just didn't like the fact I was there 4 hours good visit
Today I had my first appointment with LDG and it was absolutely incredible! I was taken back in a timely manner, each of the staff members were polite and knowledgeable and most importantly they did an efficient and thorough job with my teeth! I absolutely love them and I would recommend this office to anyone in need of dental care.
They are the greatest, I would recommend them to anyone in need of dental work. 5 stars
