Everyone at Lehmer's has been pleasant to work with. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Ron Sadler for my business and I am quite pleased. I have been to plenty of other dealerships and the service does not compare . Ron is not your typical salesman. He is patient, professional, and listens to what I am looking for in a vehicle while other salesmen try to tell me what I am looking for (which is whatever happens to be sitting on their lot.)

The service department is joke. never take my truck these sorry concord GMC
I called the dealership on Sunday and spoke with an internet sales manager about a vehicle that I am very very interested in and was told after forwarding information on our trade-in that we would be contacted again the next day. I never heard back, then on Tuesday received an email thanking me for coming in to look at the vehicle (which we never did) and to let him know if we needed anything else. Nothing like being written off instead of taken care of.

I paid a new encore Buick SUV with the price in the internet exactly no more and no less. I don't have to deal with sale man or talk back and fourth like I have done a lots cars I had bought in the past (over 30 years). Lehmer's Concord Buick GMC very kindness with customers, the sale man had explained clearly details before I drove my SUV out the door. This is the best way to buy a car and very fair price and I was happy that I bought my new Encore Buick SUV in this Lehmer's Concord dealer.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our first truck from Lehmer's. Darrell went above and beyond while takin care of us. He was so patient with our toddler and even gave her cake. Every step of the process was easy and enjoyable. The entire team was great! Thank you again!
