Ray helped me pick out a car and he was great. He was not pushy just helpful. The finance department was also great. I did my research but actually got a better deal and better warranty than expected. I also went through Costco for a discount. The base model I was interested in was in the back and a bit dusty for the test drive but Ray had it sparkling clean and full of gas by the time I drove it off the lot. My husband had an issue with his seat warmer and had to bring his car in 3xs before was it resolved. However, he had to take time off from work with out the staff having any regard for his time and their lack of efficiency. He in works in San Jose, so it’s not like he works local, so yes time is money! The fist time , they order the wrong part, mind you they know the year and model of his car. The second time, they were missing a part which they failed to order. The third time is when they fixed it but didn’t even recognize ... read more
