Second time buying a car from Bob Baker at Lehman Volvo this past weekend - and another great experience. Reasonable to work with, not high pressure, and once again the car buying process was easy!
I drove all the way from Williamsburg, VA to buy a 2009 XC70 T6 from you guys back in 2012. I still have the car (with 213000 miles on it now) and occasionally bring it to you folks for service when I come to your neck of the woods (I come several times per year). Your service department does a better job taking care of me than my local dealer in Virginia.
We have a '98 Volvo V70 XC, which at 187k miles is becoming long in the tooth, but still looks mint. The gentlemen in the parts dept have helped me out of several jams now and have always gone out of their way to be helpful, even for $3 parts etc. We will def be buying our new Volvo at Lehman after my wife is done grad school, and I get settled in my new job. I purchased my new XC 60 from Wayne today! This is my 4th Volvo and our first big family purchase...we are so excited and couldn't be more happy with how Wayne handled everything! He made the process so easy, was always available for questions, and put no pressure on us! We wanted another Volvo to have the safest car on the market...we will always be Volvo owners. I just bought a new car at Lehman Volvo and the salesman, Bob, made the experience wonderful! Not only was the paperwork and car ready when I got there, he had flowers and chocolate for me too! There was even a paper on the windshield that said "Congratulations Katherine!" I have never experienced that when I bought a car elsewhere. Bob walked through every feature of the car with me, and made sure everything was set up before I left.
