Wonderful experience from start to finish. Our salesperson, Fikret, was knowledgeable, patient and professional. We came in looking at the Crosstrek and left with an Outback! Our Finance manager, Alex, was the best! Quick, efficient, and funny. Made a stressful situation bearable!! We will be back!!
I had an excellent experience. My salesman Terrence was very helpful and got me exactly what I wanted. My only issue was that the finance part took too long but other than that a great experience.
I give 5 stars to my service rep, Orlando C. If I tell him my financial situation, he'll tell me what I absolutely need versus what I can wait on. He's a great, honest guy who I've been dealing with for 2 cars and several years!

I purchasing my vehicle on very short notice. I signed about 50 pages of paperwork with the finance manager the next day. I have been traveling for a while and finally had the chance to look over the paperwork. Low and behold not only did the dealer add a tire warranty, $1000.00 prep charge and $640.00 extended warranty charge to the lease. Yes lease.
