RecommendedVery disappointed in my visit today. I called Monday to schedule service for a problem and indicated that I would need a loaner vehicle. I received an email confirming my appointment time and note that a loaner vehicle was needed. After arriving today, they had the wrong service notes and there was no mention of a loaner car. I had to return home and was unable to leave my car. What was the point in even making an appointment? This is EXACTLY what I was trying to avoid. Time wasted that I’ll never get back .......
Lehman Subaru is the best dealership. I leased a Forrester and Impreza in one visit. The professionals were able to answer all my questions and give different alternatives that met my needs. The deal was easy to make and I intend on returning for future purchases.
