I bought a genesis G90 from them back in June, tried to setup service 2 months ago and still no phone call back. Yesterday the AC quit and this is a brand new car! Called again today and left messages for Albert service manager and still no call back! Worst dealer I've ever seen. I'm escalating the call to genesis corporate.
The service center is pretty good. Slow but good. If you have a few hours to waste on basic maintenance then fine. Marcos is always helpful. The sales department on the other hand is awful. Unless you plan on walking out with a car that minute they don’t want anything to do with you.
