Just bought my third vehicle from Lehman Hyundai yesterday 11/25/2019, a 2020 Tucson Limited! Great vehicle and a great dealership to do business with. The sales agent, Russell Barry, did a very good job, helpful, very knowledgeable about product, patient and courteous! Good dealership, good price, good vehicle, I would highly recommend them!
Very disappointed with the complementary carwash. I guess since I didn't pay for the schedule service they just do a quick wash of the exterior and not touch the inside.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! THEY TAKE YOUR CAR AND WONT GIVE IT BACK, ONLY ONE PERSON CAN HELP AND THEY ARE ALWAYS EITHER BUSY OR NOT IN. THE RECEPTIONIST ARE THE MOST RUDE PEOPLE YOU HAVE EVER MET. REFUSING TO GET A MANAGER UNLESS YOU TELL THEM WHY AND THEN HANGING UP ON YOU OR TRANSFERRING YOU TO THE ONE MANAGER WHO IS NOT THERE. 10 DAYS, NO CAR, NO LOANER, NO HELP DESPITE HAVING A WARRANTY AND INSURANCE TO COVER... DO NOT GO HERE!
THe can improve by obeying FL law and hiring better sales reps. Not people using vulgar language AT brave US veteran. We will start a petition that will initially go statewide, but by the time were finished, the entire country will kmow you all employ hostile scam artist! Let the work begin!
