Wish I could give zero stars. Don not trust them!!! Had a covid test which they never submitted to my insurance. The first bill we received was the day before we received a letter from their collection agency. They NEVER reached out to us about why it wasn't paid, We had assumed they did their job, which was a mistake on our part. Clearly over their heads with all of the money they are raking in on $400,00 covid tests. Go to Rite Aid. They know how to handle these things.
