Terrible billing department, terrible customer service. I do not and cannot recommend this company.
Today I brought my kids in for physicals. Both were due for vaccines. My daughter was due for one, my son two. A nurse came in with two needles and starting to give my daughter a shot and when I said, “Wait! She’s only supposed to get one today!” she went ahead and gave her the second shot anyway! She gave my daughter the vaccines that were supposed to go to my son! Needless to say we will be going to a different pediatric practice from now on!!! RecommendedI do not have to wait long for an appointment, I can always get an appointment for the day I call. The clinician answers promptly. The doctors are nice, knowledgeable and resourceful.
I have been with Lehigh Valley Peds for 19 years. I originally was sent to the clinic when I had my first born. I felt like just a number in line with no info on my concerns with a brand new baby also being a brand new mom. At that point I decided it was time to switch to a place I felt was able to listen to my concerns and not just push me out of the door after receiving my co payment. We’ve been coming to LV Peds since my oldest was born 8 years ago. We love Dr. Morffi, Dr. Totlani, and Dr. Deshpande! We highly recommend it!

My son has been with them since he was a baby he is 17 now. They are amazing and always took the time to listen to me about my concerns. Always have sick appointment available and even Saturday hours. Hands down #1 in my book.
The doctors really care about the kids. They're not quick to medicate. Not a lot of turnover in the office. Usually don't wait too long to be seen. My siblings and I went there as children and all of my children now ages 23 to newborn have gone there.
