Well after spending 2-5 hours in the ER waiting room every time........ once seen and or admitted, they are awesome professionals. Very friendly, caring , patient and understanding. I totally recommend the Cedar Crest Campus 100%
I was at an event in the Lehigh Valley and got sick. From the minute I walked into the ER until I was discharged 2 days later, I had excellent care. The doctors were very thorough in making sure I was diagnosed and treated correctly. The nursing staff was very professional yet personable, and I received excellent care from them. I even received a very thorough follow up call the day after my discharge. I could not have gotten better care anywhere!! Thank you, LVH!!
I am very happy with the way this hospital cared for my son and I when I gave birth to him. The nurses are very well educated and friendly. There’s a few nurses in the baby department that really stuck out to me- Jessica H, Gabby, and Jillian. Such happy and overall nice girls that made me feel 10x more comfortable there. The last nights there we had nurses Maria and Liz and they were also fantastic. These nurses REALLY did their best to educate me and make sure my baby and I were 100%. I had a wonderful experience when I entered Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest.. The facility was nice and clean. It was obvious that the hospital was no more than 20 years old, sunlight was entering the building from all angles, making it feel very welcoming. The staff that I came across was very pleasant and professional. Always remember... My experience was... My experience... I’m expressing to you my experience upon my 2 hour visit. I LOVED MY VISIT.
Dr. Patel is absolutely amazing!!! So are all of the staff in the SSA and the NSICU.
Broke my ankle in 3 places and was operated on by Dr. Stapleton. From the ER team and then staying almost two full days in the trauma center I can’t say enough about the nurses and techs who cared for me. Everyone was very kind and professional. They cared about me and my situation and the concerns of my wife and I. While no hospital visit is ever fun the staff in these departments went and above and beyond. Thank you!
i had my daughter here over the weekend. i cannot find the words to say how beyond pleased i am with this hospital and staff. they had amazing personalities and went above and beyond to care for me and the baby. i am so thankful for every staff member i came in contact with.
