Probably should’ve invested in friendlier/more thorough doctors and nurses instead of a renovation. It’s definitely hit or miss with the staff, mostly miss though. I dread when my daughters sent here because I know we’re just walking into rude, impatient nurses, and quick/incorrect diagnosis’s to free a bed to say the least. The only good thing is the wait isn’t usually long for her because I only bring her when it’s warranted, therefore eliminates waiting in the lobby with the sniffles like so many people do . this place is horrible... my 2 year old daughter has been sick vomiting and diarrhea for 3 days and after going to LVH Muhlenberg and having to file a grievance for their quality of care i was told to try the pediatric er 2 hours we sat and watched other children get put in front of her. the front desk staff was basically ready to attack me and could care less about what i was saying. this place is useless and should be ashamed. do not take your toddler here unless you want to wait hours. i had no choice due to being in town... read more

El Servicio es pésimos las dos veces que he ido he esperando mucho para que los doctores me atiendan la segunda estuve 24 horas esperando ? Y las enfermas son odiosa ayer ? Estuve hay le pedí un poco de agua a muchas personas estuve 4 horas hay y me fui y el agua nunca llegó ? No me gusto para nada
