My husband has Stage 4 Kidney cancer. He has been a patient at Lehigh Valley Hospital since October. The doctors, nurses, rooms, cafeteria are beyond excellent. We live about 6 miles outside of Philadelphia and have access to plenty of top notch hospitals. However, we still choose to make the 75 minute trip up to Allentown...the care and treatment are worth the trip!
My daughter was admitted Last Thursday afternoon to the Bethlehem facility and transferred to to this facility because we needed the pediatric unit . The short time we were at Bethlehem we received great care but the time we spent at this facility was amazing! The staff were all professional, very warm , friendly and the hospital was clean . This is the best hospital we've ever had ! I can't say enough. Thank you to all of you who cared for my daughter!

By far the worst experience I had in a hospital that I was in for 1week. Er & for 3 were great and I'm sad the bad experience out weighed the good. NURES on 6B were horrible & rude. I would page them and they would take their sweet time to come over. 10-15minutes. Dr's and Nurses did not communicate let alone communicate with me about future plans and upcoming changes. If you don't like your job go find a new one!!!!
