On March 13th I went to the ER of this "hospital" when I was told by a doctor at my urgent care that I had had a heart attack (I had been experiencing palpitations and chest pain). The doctor gave me a copy of the EKG to show the attending doctor at the ER. There was no concern at all when I checked in, last I checked heart attack is a serious issue that takes priority over others. Literally the worst hospital experience I have ever had. These are some of the worst human beings on this planet
Very disappointed in how my mom was treated during her stay here at Lehigh Valley Cedar Crest. She was admitted due to declining after starting radiation and chemo (She has Stage 4 brain cancer). She was in the Kasych building. The nurses were awful, especially during shift change. None of the nurses knew what my mom's needs were (she's incontinent, needs someone to feed her meals, and she does not talk). Great to see your staff that are 'not an essential employee' posting about how they get to sleep in and work in their Jammie's tomorrow, but 'there are no excuses not to be at work tomorrow' for essential employees. Love the morale this person exudes and how it is appropriate to Facebook shame your employees that are already stretched thin, overworked, under paid and crapped on by the public. If i could give 0 stars, i would. DO NOT GO HERE! They're unqualified jackasses who dont know what the hell theyre doing and dont care about peoples lives being at risk! My friend and her baby could have died because of these assholes not letting her know how serious her condition was!
I was here about 1 year ago as i have a service dog and my wife was there to be admitted i advised the desk clerk that my dog was in my van and it was very cold as i was bringing him in as he is a service dog . She advised me because he wasn't a service dog for my wife only me i couldn't bring him in , well i told her in plain words you don't want me to call the police as you better check with your higher ups as you and the hospital will be fined and my dog will be allowed no matter what as hes a service dog.
