My nurses were great. Follow up care is awful. Diagnosed with abscess in my breast. Hospital gives me number for surgery since it is as big as an orange and they didnt feel comfortable draining it in er. Er nurse says should take a day or two to get in. I called surgery they said we dont handle breast issues call oncology. Cant get an appt until july 10th nearly two weeks more of excruciating pain and no relief. The staff on 6K, along with the hospice nurses, were awesome during my father's recent stay. Thank you so very much to everyone on staff there! Jason was exceptional -- very caring, and he took the time to talk to our family members to answer our questions about the care my dad was receiving. The exceptional care my dad received was greatly appreciated. Thank you again.
I was not impressed at all. We rushed my wife up to the hospitals ER and it was very busy. That of corse not a problem because I understand that things happen and it's a big hospital. However I found many of the staff at the front desk very abrasive and rude. My wife was in a considerable amount of pain and wound up sitting ina wheel chair for just shy of three hours before getting back into the actual ER room.
