I couldn't of asked for a better crew for my husband. The staff on the 3rd floor ISC DEPT were truly amazing. From the nurse who took care of him to the doctor that did the surgery Dr Sandberg,were all assuring and caring. Thank you Lehigh Valley hospital for having such a wonderful staff!
Sat in the ER for 4.5 hours with an eye injury Before I finally asked them to cut my tags off and left Because the pain was unbearable. (Went to Berwick) During those 4.5 hours II watched other people (a few I personally know that work for Lehigh Valley) walk in-and-out for less. I understand protocol I am in the medical field, I know how it works I worked for Lehigh Valley. For the 2nd time in the last 4 years I went to the Cedarcrest E.R. because an extensive bout with bronchitis was causing me debilitatingly excruciating pain EVERY time I coughed because of permanent irreparable damage to my cervical spinal cord just below my brain stem(for which I will be required to be on Vicodin for the rest of my life just to function with some semblance of normalcy without screaming in pain daily. My Mom had surgery yesterday and the team of Doctors and nurses she had were top notch!!!!! We could not of had a better experience. It was her birthday yesterday and they sang to her and brought her a cupcake. You have no idea how much that means to us. You get a 💯 recommendation from us👍🏻. Thank you so much for everything!!!!!
