This dealership is terrible. We drove an hour and forty-five minutes to buy a Honda Insight, called them and made them aware of our visit, showed up bright an early and they sold the car the day before and did not bother to call us, then tried to get us into something we didn't want!!! I am happy to say we did make a purchase at Jones Honda in Lancaster on a 2014 civic and it was a great experience!! This dealership is junk!!! Don't go here, go to jones Honda!
