It was such a joy and a blessing to work with Evangelia! We were highly impressed by her professionalism, kindness, and patience in helping us find a home. (Especially with all the room measurements my husband wanted!) We started our home search from across the country before we moved to the Lehigh Valley area, and she helped us with detailed video walkthroughs. This agency and especially Evangelia, is superb to work with. I had the pleasure of working with her on 2 occasions, my mom's house after she suddenly passed and 2 years later, my house. Fair, considerate, empathetic, knowledgeable, prompt, thorough all words to describe her. She takes care of everything and guides you through the process painlessly. I can't say enough great things about Evangelia! As first time home buyers in a crazy post covid housing market, we needed someone like her to hold our hands through the process. She helped us in so many ways! Whether it was pointing things out to us that we should be aware of in a home or making herself available and taking time out of her own schedule. She was always there for us. I'm so thankful to have had her by our side and in our corner while we were on our home buying journey.

Having worked with Evangelia with both buying homes and selling homes for years and having to go back to her each time says alot about her. She is passionate about her job, making sure her clients gets exactly what they want. She is willing to travel, and always punctual. She will point you to the right direction as to what to look out for when buying a home as a first time buyer. She will negotiate with the seller or their agent to get the best offer for you. She goes above and beyond. Work with her and be rest assured you ... read more
