This facility, as with all facilities of this nature, has its strengths and opportunities. However, what I would like to recognize a few staff members who went above and beyond for my treatment. Elliott (tech), was extremely patient and attentive to the clients needs on a daily basis and always had an amazing attitude. In my opinion, this facility is not used to its full potential. However, my counselor Rich W. was excellent. I was able to take care of everything I needed on the outside and was able to get the help I needed as well. Rich was a joy to work with.
My counselor, Rich was very supportive. He has a A great understanding of addiction and recovery. I learned a lot from him about myself and the science of recovery.
As a family member of a resident here I would highly recommend this facility. If you are willing to put in the work for your own recovery this is an effective facility. One of the benefits of the facility is not only the small number of residents, but the Counselor Rich's communication with family/support is exceptional. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone looking to work the program. My counselor, Rich, was a vital role in my recovery process and I truly don't know where I would have been without him. He went out of his way to ensure I was acclimated properly, educated me about many aspects of addiction/recovery, encouraged me throughout the whole program and was extremely thorough regarding my aftercare.
