Joseph is extremely unprofessional. I understand this is a debt collection firm, but I called to retrieve my statement information and subsequent documentation, and this gentleman (I use the term loosely) would not allow me to speak or ask questions. Foolish tactic when I am reaching out to secure what I need in an effort to PAY the debt. Sounded more like a back alley sales floor team than a law firm. Unfortunate.
This place has extremely poor customer service, I was not surprised to see this response to someone’s review. This place lacks both ethics and morals, I highly DO NOT recommend.
