LEGOLAND Discovery Center is a great place for the kids and extremely popular among the locals. The venue features a couple of lego rides, a 4D cinema with some excellent short films, a ninja training camp, a factory tour, a play zone, and an interactive workshop. Legoland is a great place to bring the kids to have a wonderful time. Tons of activities and adventures to have along side of them. My favorite part was looking at the lego replicas of parts of Michigan like the Renaissance Center, Ambassador Bridge, the Riverwalk, Metropolitan Airport, Comerica Park, Ford Field, and other places. Some of the replicas were interactive.
Way over priced for admission!!! Extremely expensive for larger families. We were disappointed with the lack of lego displays, although the replica of the City of Detroit built out of Legos was real cool we just expect more.

After waiting in line for the time I requested when I ordered tickets... We finally made it inside. We went into the room where the kids got to listen to a story and design their own Lego man... however, the story was so quiet, you really had to listen to what was being said. I had to try and read it to my son, which the words disappeared to quick to even read. We were told to go on the quest ride... that it was pretty awesome. My son was super excited too!! I was in no way impressed at all especially with the amount of money we spent. My kids were so excited to ride the kingdom quest ride and it was closed. When it finally opened back up we were only in line for five minutes when it closed again and did not reopen again. They were extremely disappointed with this as was I. My kids ended up spending a majority of the time playing in the indoor playscape. They would play with the earthquake tables and build the cars to race them but after a few times would just want to go back an... read more
