I went to the once a month Adult Night event at the KC LEGOLAND which was "Game of Bricks" themed with Game of Thrones based trivia, bingo, Lego catapult game and free reign of rides, building areas and all other parts minus children. This was a really fun $10 per person event. FYI, the Lego "gift store" is not an official Lego store so VIP points and other promotions do not apply.
We arrived right when it opened - which was great because we practically had the place to ourselves the first hour. It started to get really crowded with summer camp kids after 11. Only issue was since its summertime my son had on sandals (no socks) and kids are required to wear socks in the indoor play area (this was not monitored as none of the kids had socks on). I just didn't think about needing socks and since my son has a planters wart he couldn't play on the equipment. I'll remember next time

We have three kids who are ages 4, 7, and 10. We had an AWESOME time! I think they were perfect ages for this place and they are all Lego Freaks. Even though my family absolutely loved it our experience wasn't perfect (when is anything perfect, right?) I would actually give the place 4.5 to 4.75. Even with the map they give you at first the layout can be little confusing. Go right in MiniDetroit and you go out the exit to the Lego store. We have been here an hour and already bored the boys loved it last year and didnt want to leave but this year it was boring.....you shouldnt have gotten rid of so much like the play area and the lego ninjago lazer area was so fun....best part was the movies and rides.....so upset we drove so far

We were very disappointed with this center. We paid online for both lego city and the aquarium. It took maybe an hr to do all. The lego center had staff whom didn't seem knowledgeable or helpful. We also paid online for the lego brick wall photo, they took our photo and said they mail the lego wall frame. We never got it never. They acted like they had no clue what we were talking about. We went for my son's birthday on Monday. We had a blast and enjoyed it more then the Chicago one! It was very easy to navigate, as soon as you enter you get on the ride..which my 9yr old loved. He also really enjoyed the Ninjago training center! It was a big perk for him. We did the 4d movie and spent a good hour in legoland if not longer. We enjoyed every minute of it and will definitely be back!!!
