Very disorganized. Bad communication. Not a good experience

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after this experience I feel it's important to share it so others know what to expect. It took nearly two months of back and forth to complete the purchase of our vehicle from Leggat Kia. After all that time, we were excited to finally take delivery of a vehicle costing over $60,000. Have no issue for service since 2023 I bought my Forte here. The car and service both meet the expectation!! Even I moved further location, I still prefer to do service here.
