Their services department are scummy. Charges $22 for an Oil Filter. Meanwhile, the same one is $14 at Canadian Tire or other Kia Dealerships. Won't ever be going back here for any of my Kia vehicle needs.
My van's engine light was on - I came to this dealership to get the engine light fixed and when saw the car, Rob, who was working at the dealership, said to change the plugs and the transmission oil, then the light came on. It will be fine. When the car was returned to me after a few hours, they charged 180 dollars to find the reasons for the car's engine line-on and made a total bill 1105.08 and I paid and said If the engine light comes on again, we will fix it for free.
