I had a bad experience recently. Three days ago, my Seltos encountered problems, which I believe are related to the immobilizer system. I'm concerned that three days won't be enough time to fix it and that it may take an additional three days because the necessary part was ordered from another Kia dealership. Had a bad experience at my local Kia dealership, and I wanted to try another one close by. The service at Leggat Kia was amazing. The staff were polite, they acknowledged you rather than treating you as an inconvenience, and the work was done in a timely manner.
