DECEPTIVE and SHADY practices at this dealership. They did not follow nor did they understand the LAW of FULL DISCLOSURE! As written in the OMVIC Code of Ethics in the Motor Vehicles Dealers Act 2002 (MVDA 2002) They sold a vehicle online on a wholesale auction and didn't disclose the material fact that the antifreeze had mixed with the oil! Went here to check out the F-150 inventory. They had a great selection and I was able to make my time and test drive one. I ended up purchasing a 2025 F-150 and I absolutely love it. The whole experience here was excellent. Special thanks to Chris Mortlock on the sales team. Made the whole experience very easy and was extremely helpful.
The beginning of this journey on leasing a new vehicle wasn’t without its problems. Human error made things a bit tricky. But lucky for me I was forwarded to Jeremy Williams. In many cases in today’s world customer service is lacking, you can be made to feel like a burden or a bother.
