I will never use this facility again. After a 4 hr delay on surgery, no info as to why was not given. No apology from surgeon for delay. Came home and 2 days later I removed the dressing from my knee and I had another dressing which revealed a wound that was huge and went to muscle. This was not disclosed to me during discharge. Dr said was a skin tear from tape... ER Dr said it was not caused by tape and my primary Dr also said it wasn't caused by tape. I am extremely disappointed with Legent Hospital’s handling of my account. On June 9, 2025, I was charged $223.59 despite having already paid my balance in full the week prior. I have patiently waited over two months for this error to be corrected, and yet no refund has been issued. Repeated attempts to resolve this with customer service have been ignored or delayed. I had the BEST experience pre and post op with Adrianna and Sonya. I am EXTREMELY afraid of needles and they helped me through the whole thing. The anesthesia crew, John, Sam, and Jennifer were so great. I was so nervous beforehand and they took AMAZING care of me. I was a wreck with nerves and all of them made me feel so comfortable. Literally some of the best medical professionals I’ve ever interacted with.
