DON'T I've been a resident at Laguna Reserve for nearly three years. Noise disturbances from neighbors—including loud televisions and music—are common and frustrating. In addition to the noise, the apartment units themselves are in need of repairs and ongoing maintenance. It used to be Good Lived here for 6 years, the management company/ownership over it in 16 was good, but then the new one came and it just got worse, the maintenance staff was friendly, and they tried when they could, but but the property management, could care less, when there was nails everywhere because of construction, they offered no help despite tires popping, there would be random fees, and let us not forget the garbage valet fees that stopped and started and stopped and started, then they cut folks satellite dishes do... read more

I was never contacted after submitting online application I submitted an online application on June 24, 2024 after receiving a quote explaining I had until June 26th to lease the apartment. Someone named Avis phoned me while I was in the process of completing the app and informed me that once the screening process was completed she would call me with further details. Great Staff! The property manager Derrick is very friendly and professional. When I went into the office for a tour, the staff was on point and hands on with assisting me. They were very knowledgeable about the property and answered all of my questions as they were asked. Great staff!!!

Carmel Brook One Bedroom Apartment I applied and paid online on May 6th. I moved in on May 13th. The move in process was pretty easy and the staff is very friendly. There are 2 pools. There is also a very clean gym. The apartment was clean. Everything works except for the dishwasher. Update: May 20th. The dishwasher still doesn’t work.
