My friend’s story: I lived at legends lake creek for over a year. I just sent in my last payment to them. Since I was living there they’re have been multiple problems. Homeless people have been squatting in the empty apartment units, crime is rampant, thieves come across the fence line in the back of the property and steal anything they can, including my $600 bicycle.
