We really enjoy going to the dentist! How strange is that? The family dental station is a VERY family-friendly office, and we have had nothing but positive experiences. Thank you so much Family Dental Station!
First and foremost, I know I can be a difficult customer who asks a lot of questions as I just like to be informed. I had called a few days prior to my appointment with questions regarding my treatment plan. What impressed me the most is the moment I walked in and the rep saw my name, they made sure to let me know they didn't forget my concerns and they were ready to answer any questions. I was very happy with the service I received.
Went in to have a root canal and some fillings done. I have really bad anxiety and was really nervous. The dentist and his staff took great care of me and did an amazing job!!!
I have had a lot of work done on my teeth in my lifetime...I've seen specialist, and had a couple of really great dentist's. But NEVER had a dentist like Dr Arthurs!!! He is the definition of kindness, he is amazingly skilled, he can do every aspect of dentistry (and is probably the best at all aspects), He loves The Lord, and he even songs while working!!!! I am not excited about going to the dentist but Dr Athurs and his staff always make it a pleasant experience. Everyone always takes the time to listen and answer all questions.
