DO NOT EVER hire legendary plumbing LLC. , Patterson Restoration co. or Patterson Homes!! They are crooks!! They do lousy work, break stuff and try to cover there tracks by even committing fraud!! You have to go through a bunch of BS to get them to replace things they broke and then promised delivery day means you sit at home all day waiting and then they don’t show, call , text answer phone calls and or messages!! They work together and share the same CEO so beware!!!
RecommendedCurrently having major bathroom remodels done. Kaylor [?sp] from Legendary has been handling the plumbing portion. He has been awesome; flexible, friendly, and a total perfectionist. What I appreciate most is his communication, always keeping us informed and making sure the details are done to our satisfaction.
Our hot water heater went out, we called our home warranty company and they sent out Legendary, our technician is Teo. This story and the things we encountered are too long to report. With that said Teo went above and beyond to explain the issues and to get them fixed, he worked with us, helped us and thank goodness we have hot water again. If you want a GREAT old fashion honest company and people, we highly recommend Legendary Plumbing. Thank you Teo for your help!!!
Very rarely you can get professional services and feel like the service professionals actually care about the people they are serving. Teo V. provided excellent service, was down to earth and really eased our frustration.
Best plumbers in town. Had a major water issue and Teo fixed it within the hour. Now I have hot water and could not be happier.
