Mike is the best. I got in contact with the dealership by phone back in November and spoke to Mike about a car for My Mother. We went in together to meet Him and he was just great. Good sense of humor and everything went very quickly. We appreciate everything. Mom loves her beetle!!!
Absolute worst service dept. on Long Island. They charge you for work that was never done, misdiagnose issues, order parts that aren't needed, and have your car sitting and sitting and don't touch it...the worst!!!
