Do not recommend this office, especially with HMO plans. I went in because I cracked my tooth. They refused to use material that my insurance covered and suggested that the material they used was better. So my appointment that was only supposed to be 150 was now 1200. Please do not go here. They will charge your insurance with a code D9999 which is miscellaneous- meaning they could put whatever price and meaning behind the procedure and the insurance will deemed not medically necessary and you will have to pay out of pocket.
I don’t usually write reviews, but the experience my daughter had at this dental office was so bad that I feel it’s important to warn others. I am extremely disappointed with the experience my daughter had at this dental office. During her first visit, no treatment or cleaning was performed. Instead, they referred us to an orthodontist. When we got to the orthodontist, we were told they couldn’t proceed with braces until she had a basic cleaning and plaque remove, which should have been handled by the original office on the ... read more
Had my first visit with Dr Legaspi, he was amazing. I was very impressed with his bed side manner, extremely kind and polite and most importantly, very ethical. His staff is very professional and friendly. Nice office too. I will be going back for my regular visits, and will be referring my family and friends. Thank you for a painless dental visit.
