Call goes straight to a voice stating cant leave a vm. Says online you can email them, however that doesn't even exist and to try chat yeah ok. Never is available. I have tried several times and have gotten nowhere. I was referred by human rights to contact these people yet can't even talk to a human. This is extremely poor services in my eyes.
Just called this line for advice as they were referred to me and I have never been spoken so down to or rudely in my life. This service is of no use at all, just an arrogant lawyer who assumed he knew what he was saying and wouldn’t even listen to the correct problem or advise in anyway. Useless
Do not drive to this address thinking this is their office, this appears to be where their PO BOX is held only.
Tried several times to get through on the phone and never did. Left messages and never heard back. Not helpful at all
