Worse experience I had in a doctor office.
RecommendedLove Dr.Kirklands office. We have been going there for about 5 years and have never had a bad experience.
Dr Kirkland is nice but the front desk staff are so rude. And unhelpful when it comes to working out your insurance benefits. I think I may have to change
I have been a customer since Legacy Vision opened. Love them and recommend them to everyone I know. Dr. Kirkland is great. His staff have always been friendly and helpful.
The doctor is nice but the front office staff are incompetent and rude. Nida and Trish need to take a few lessons in customer service. When I got glasses there it took them three times to get the lenses right. I have had several other bad experiences, and I should have left a long time ago. My husband left them a while back and I will follow suit. Good luck to this group of rude old ladies!
Dr. Kirkland and his staff are amazing. They care about each patient and are extremely helpful and kind!! There is a reason why I've been a patient there for over 7 years!
