Great staff! I've lived here for a year and have never had a problem. They are definitely willing to help if you have any problems. Apartments are spacious and in general are really nice. The pool and hot tub area are very well kept and are great! I plan on staying for a while!!
I moved here a year and a half ago. It was great at first, and then we started to run into problems with management. I was going to move out when my lease was up, but then we got new management that is infinitely better. I renewed my lease and love living here again. It is in a great location, close to campus, Wal-Mart, and good restaurants. The grounds are always kept clean. The pool is fantastic! It is kept clean and at the perfect temperature. Moved from the older apartments to the newer ones and we already love them so much after just being here for a little under a day. Adrian the maintenance gentleman did a great job and patching the walls and painting the new apartment. Everything looks great! Can't wait to call this home for the next year!
Moved to the new apartments and they are so nice everything is so new even the paint on the walls. Adrian one of the maintenance guys was so helpful and reapectful. Always asked if we needed help moving stuff in and a great attitude. Couldn't ask for better service.
I know some may have had issues but for the past year I've been nothing but happy with them. Management has been very kind and always available to explain things. Parking on occasion has been full making it difficult to park close to your unit but not often. Maintenance has been quick and responsive, one time within 15 minutes! Would definitely recommend!
My wife and I loved living at Legacy Village. We lived there from February 2015-December 2016. The management was always fair, professional, and friendly. Major shoutout goes out to the team's maintenance team. Adrian does a fantastic job and deserves major props for the work he does. Honestly, the entire Legacy Village staff became more like friends to us. We will miss this place. I highly recommend living here.
