We were at the end of our lease going month to month and they argued us on that. Then they decided to vacate us couldn't give us a reason. Other than the owner wants the apartment open for friends. They gave us 15 days to move out. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Honestly love living here. They are quick to fix anything, great amenities, the only awful thing is the internet. We originally opted not to use their internet because we had our own. Our provider no longer worked, so we bit the bullet and went with their internet. To say their internet is awful is putting it nicely. Most the time I can't even stream netflix or connect my phone to the internet, let alone do homework in my apartment. It would be great if Legacy village didn't force their residence into internet that is below ... read more
Legacy has been my favorite place to live. The management is wonderful. Adrian is over the maintenance and I don't think it could have been in better hands. Everything was always taken care of promptly, me and my roommates could just rave about how great and helpful he was. Legacy is very clean and spacious. If you're thinking about it you will LOVE it!

unfulfilled maintenance requests, lack of response from management, small dog park, and poor water pressure are just some of the issues here.
My husband and I have been here for just over 7 months and we love it! Management is very easy to work with and the amenities are great! We just moved into a phase 2 unit and it’s BEAUTIFUL!! Maintenance is always on top of things and have done a fantastic job clearing snow so far this winter. Several people have had an issue with the new internet but we haven’t. Legacy Village informed us that they were switching us to Blue Rim internet that we all now pay for as part of our contract. The internet is awful though. I am a student and can't listen to my lectures at my apartment. They sent out one email months ago saying they were trying to address the issue but nothing has changed at all. To make matters worse, I walked into the gym a week ago to see brand new ellipticals, dumbell sets, and kettle balls... so is this where our money is being spent? Legacy Village was really great when I first moved in. A few months ago they chose to go with a third party to provide internet to the entire complex (you still pay for it in your rent whether you use it or not). People who already had internet services had to pay a cancellation fee or keep their internet and pay for the new mandatory service as well. It has been cutting in and out ever since it was put in and currently on day three without internet. I am moving once my contract is up.
